About this project
The Commons is a proposed creative social club developed as a demonstration project by Chyless World Studio. It is not currently an operating membership club.
Chyless World Studio operates this website and handles inquiries submitted through its membership interest form.
Information we collect
We collect your name, email address, membership interest, and any optional message you provide. Our website and service providers may also process technical information necessary to operate and protect the website.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries about The Commons, manage communications about the concept, and demonstrate a website-to-CRM integration.
Submitting an inquiry does not register you for an active membership or commercial membership waitlist. We do not use this form for marketing subscriptions.
Service providers
We use the following service providers to run this website and handle inquiries. Each may process technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver its service.
- Vercel hosts the website and runs the server-side function that receives inquiries.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form submission comes from a person rather than an automated program. It processes information about your browser and device to do this.
- HubSpot stores the inquiry information you submit in our CRM.
- Google Fonts supplies the website's typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
Data retention
We have not yet set a fixed retention period. Inquiry information is kept in HubSpot until it is no longer needed for the purposes described above, or until you ask us to delete it. We will update this policy when a retention schedule is in place.
Your privacy choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry information. We will review and respond to requests in accordance with applicable requirements. We may need to verify your request.

Security
We use safeguards intended to protect submitted information. No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices change. Updated versions will appear here with a revised date.
